Qualifications and Skills:
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a BA diploma/degree.
2. Willingness to learn and adapt to the school environment.
3. Good oral communication and organizational skills
4. Good computer skills including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook
5. Able to adjust to changing priorities.
Responsibilities:
The duties of the Administrative Intern in the school office are as follows:
1. As a front-line, responsible for the general upkeep of the main lobby area and ensuring that the front of school always looks at its best.
2. Manage a multi-line phone system and maintain the best professional image.
3. Ensure that the reception area is kept tidy and welcoming for visitors to the school.
4. Receive mail and parcels for the whole school and inform relevant staff.
5. Coordinator cleaning and facilities services where required; especially in common areas (spilled water etc.)
6. Responsible for the *** aid kit and assisting students or staff.
7. Assist with school events, such as staff events, CCA and House events.
8. File updating and translation of documents where required.
9. Manage the inventory of the school office supplies.
10. Provide other various administrative tasks as assigned by the line manager.
