Brief description of the position: This position is responsible for E-Drive test management topics in VCTC, focus on E-Drive PWR HIL test management, test cases, test release, HIL test implementation etc. It is to prepare E-Drive HIL test cases, conduct E-Drive HIL test, PWR power HIL test etc.. Key Tasks: Responsible for E-Drive PWR HIL test management, including test plan, test cases definition, test implantation, test report composing, test report release etc. Define the HIL and power HIL test cases according to the E-Drive system function testing LAH and align the test scope with stakeholders. Define the interfaces test cases according to the interfaces LAH and align with stakeholders. Responsible for the HIL test bench setup and test cases automation. Responsible for E-Drive PWR HIL and PWR power HIL test management, and the interface test management as well. Prepare test plan according to project timeline and test requirements. Coordinate required resources to smoothly execute testing. Interface with E-Drive SW test management and FO. Cooperate with internal/external department and supplier to manage tests according to project milestone. Responsible for E-Drive HIL test report review, test results and failure risk evaluation etc. Responsible for test failure analysis organization, failure tickets management in KPM/Jira etc., support for troubleshooting and regular reports Technical change confirmation and supplementary test definition and parameter declaration, formal test and report evaluation. Budget plan and support for AWS negotiation for ZP4/ZP3 and ZP7. Responsible for the signal HIL and power HIL test bench investment based on the requirements from VW 10.Support for benchmark analysis, and other E-Drive testing related activities. Qualification and skills required for the position： Education : Major in software engineering, e-machine control, ,mechanical engineering,electrical/electronics engineering, automotive engineering, or equivalent (master degree preferred). Knowledge, skills and others ： Mechanical engineering / automotive engineering / electrical engineering /e-machine control, automotive engineering etc. Knowledge of automotive technologies & cars in general. Very good team player with good communication ability, high motivation, flexibility and strong willingness to learn. Fluent English communication skills
