Support Regional Commodity Managers (RCM) and Suppliers Leaders to deploy Schneider should cost

Ensure collected data from suppliers is complete and consistent

Provide training on should cost to RCM and suppliers

Clean Sheet commodity items, downloading drawings from a system and recreate them in Engineering Software (Pro E, etc).

Conduct Should Cost analysis using analytic tools and methods to identify productivity opportunities

Communicate and present the results of Should Cost analysis to the purchasing communities and make sure a good understanding of cost impact or productivity opportunities

College Student (Engineering Career) 理工科专业

English oral and written communication skills 英语口语，书写流利，能看懂英文图纸

AutoCad or Pro E skill， 会使用AUTOCAD或者ProE，能看懂机械图纸

Strong Analysis skills，较强的分析能力

Advanced Excel skills 熟练使用EXCEL或者数据库，例如ACCESS，QUICKBASE，有编程能力优先

Understanding of Engineering/Manufacturing Process is a plus 了解加工过程，加工工艺优先

Ability to communicate and work with teams  团队协作能力
