岗位职责:
1.机电系统分析:解构机电系统,构建系统能量传递及损耗网络。
2.金属切割打磨理论:搜索和解读文献,建立金属加工物理模型。
3.实验设计方法:基于数理统计原则,制定实验方案,标定理论模型。
4.使用能效分析软件和能量传递及损耗网络,提出系统优解,制造样机展示成果
岗位要求
1. 教育背景:硕士及以上学历,机械,机电相关专业;
2. 英文:良好的英文书写及口语能力;
3. 专业技能:
有较强建模能力
理解金属加工原理
对DoE有一定的了解和应用经验
快速学习和应用机电系统分析软件
4. 个人能力:

5. 实习期为7月和8月,一周5天
Job responsibilities:
1. Eletro-Mechanical System Analyzing: Set up system structure, mapping energy transmission and lost among subsystems;
2. Metal cutting and grinding: Literature search and study, metal cutting and grinding process modelling;
3.Design of Experiments: Apply the Methodology of DoE, define testing strategy to calibrate the mathematical model;
4. Use DEOS tool and energy mapping to find out the most optimized system solution, build up prototype and demonstrate the progress.
Qualifications:
1. Master degree or above in Mechanical or Mechatronics.
2. Good English in both spoken and written.
3. Professional skills:
Strong capability for modelling
Understanding of the physics of metal work processing (physical modelling of metal cutting and grinding process)
Good understanding and certain experience of DoE (Design For Experiment).
Fast learner for new simulation models and software.
4. Personality:
Ability to proactively develop creative solutions, high team skills
Goal-oriented and results-oriented way of working method, quick comprehension and high operational readiness
Good communication and presentation skill, flexible, ability of problem solving.
5. Internship period July-August, 5 days/week
