Job Roles and Responsibilities: 1) Coordinate resources for training, workshops, meetings 2) Daily SAP,Pilum,IQS system operation 3) upload supplier quality report into system 4) download measurement report from system 5) Statistic/Track Quality tasks fulfillment, eg. VQP, PPAP, Concession, 8D, etc. 6) purchasing parts D3 coordination 7) Travel arrangement and reimbursement 8) Cleanliness test coordination 9) PPAP documents check - Support to track and push OPL progress Requirements Could work 4+days per week, 6 months at least Bachelor and above Careful, good communication skills Welfare Bachelor ¥4180 monthly, Master ¥4500 monthly Shuttle bus pick-up and free office coffee Internship experience of top 100 in the world
