Account Coordinator – Football Team
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Client Management: Serve as the key contact for football-related clients. Handle daily communications, ensure needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
• Project Execution: Assist in campaign planning and lead the execution of PR campaigns, product launches, and brand activations in the football sector. Manage timelines, tasks, and coordinate across internal teams and external partners.
• Media & KOL Relations: Lead football media outreach by drafting and distributing press releases, pitching stories, and maintaining relationships with sports media, football KOLs, and fan community resources.
• Content Development: Create high-quality content including press materials, newsletters, pitch decks, and project proposals that align with brand tone and strategy.
REQUIREMENTS
• experience in PR/communications, preferably with experience in the football or sports industry across both retainer and campaign projects.
• Degree in Journalism, Communications, or related fields (Senior students or postgraduate candidates also welcome).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
• Passionate about football, with a solid understanding of both local and international football culture and fan communities.
• Keen sense of storytelling, market trends, and interest in fashion, lifestyle, and sports crossover topics.
