Events & Membership Internship (6-month Position)

Responsibilities:
Support the organisation, execution and follow-up of events;
Coordinate with external parties for event preparation and execution;
Prepare pre-event and post-event marketing communications, including publicity posters and messages, post-event report and wechat articles;
Upload marketing and communication messages onto WeChat official account or SingCham wechat groups;
Assist in membership management including data entry and data analysis;
Any other work as instructed by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Excellent command of English and Chinese, written and spoken;
Excellent with MS Office, Photoshop, Wechat Official Account;
Cheerful, able to work under pressure, good interpersonal skill;
An eye for detail along with critical thinking;
Must be a self-starter, team-oriented, willing to learn, and extremely good at multi-tasking across a variety of projects at once;
Willing to work after office-hour and weekends;
Must be able to complete the 6-month contract;
Graduates from Singapore are highly preferred.
Duration and Payment:
5-day work week, 40 hours per week;
Daily rate of 150RMB/day
