Recruiting Intern Profile : • Direct experience in headhunting and/or corporate recruitment • Have strong interpersonal skill, persuasion, sourcing and influencing abilities • Have an open and approachable personal style, effective problem solving • A self-starter, able to work independently and be a good team player • Fluent English speaking and writing skills, other languages are welcomed • Bachelor’s degree at least from a top tier University in China and/or overseas Key responsibility on this role: • Be accountable for the hiring headcount • Work close with senior management role, interviewer and tracking the candidate strategically • Dig out a strong pipeline to find potential candidates from a variety of sources and be creative in sourcing possible candidates • Screen the CVs and manage interview process accurately and effectively • Generate, qualify, and present candidates who are a good fit for the hiring needs • Develop candidate interest for available positions
