Overall Purpose of the Role
This position is to assist office general admin work. The person will be able to fulfill the needs of the office in a manner which is consistent with the company’s visions and values.
Areas of Responsibility
General Admin Work
- Support on boarding and off boarding.
- Office supply stock management.
- Support conference room setup and facilities troubleshooting.
- Lunch card recharge and monthly parking fee collection.
- Support visitor management. Such as visitor record/sticker/temp badge)
Project and activities
- Support company event. Such as Annual dinner, outing, family day etc.
Other related work
- Support Admin team for the office daily work.
- Support Office chop request.
Experience and Professional Qualifications Required
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Good command of English, in both oral and writing.
- Good communication and collaboration skill.
- Work at least 3-4 days a week
