广告算法实习生

职责：

作为Hotstar广告定向和广告投放质量持续改善的贡献者

搭建系统，将机器学习和产品设计相结合，并持续改进

开发原型、POC和演示系统来改善现有算法和架构的性能

对广告跨屏投放的规划和测量系统进行建模和开发

维护产品的离线和在线广告算法

要求：

经验：1年及以上的广告或机器学习相关领域的应用算法设计和开发的实习经验者优先

知识：扎实的数学、计算机和机器学习背景。在大数据处理和并行计算框架如Hadoop和Spark方面具有基本知识和实操经验者优先

解决问题：具有较好的解决问题和分析能力，将数学、算法和其他技能应用于解决实际问题

学习能力：具有较强的学习能力，能在较短的时间内掌握新的技术

动机：对应用研究和新技术有较强的兴趣，并乐于跨领域的工作

协作：参与过至少1个团队的项目，并易于和他人合作

We're looking for Software Engineering Interns who are comfortable working with multiple languages, frameworks, platforms and are excited to design and implement the next generation of OTT platform to deliver premium video.

We're big believers in trusting the team to debate and select the right tools for the job. Engineering Challenges

 

We believe in owning and building our core services. With that, we recognize that we must be armed with a team that includes both full stack and specialized developers. Here’s a few of the experiences we’re looking for on our dev team:

 

●            Full stack responsive web development.

●            Device platforms and hybrid applications development.

●            Architect and implement services handling thousands of requests per second.

●            Design and implement software to automate, scale and streamline dev operations.

●            Contribute back to the open source community in meaningful ways.

Qualifications/Requirements

 

●            1+ years of experience with strong object-oriented skills.

●            A solid foundation in Computer Science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms and software design.

●            High levels of creativity and quick, problem solving capabilities.

●            Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

●            BS, MS or PhD in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
