What you will do:
1. Support end-to-end order management and delivery tracking.
2. Assist in coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely customer fulfillment.
3. Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and support process improvements.
4. Generate reports and dashboards using Excel or Power BI.
5. Work with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for data entry, tracking, and reporting.
6. Participate in team meetings and contribute to cross-functional initiative.
The skills you bring:
1. Major in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
2. Basic understanding of order handling, delivery processes, and customer fulfillment.
3. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
5. Experience with Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools is advantageous.
6. Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
