Run the major learning projects for APAC Operations

Take a lead in the brand-new learning session FLEX

Prepare for the Learning seminars for APAC Operations

Promote the training sessions in form of the digital ways and design the visual elements

Manage the purchasing order in Market system

Deal with the finance issues like PO & Rebilling for different learning sessions in LOréal DOA

Assist on CV Screening, recruiting channel and HR data system management

Assist invitation letter for Asia visitors

Involve in other and hoc HR projects as required

Requirement:

Bachelor/Master in Journalism, Communications or PR related major;

Excellent visual, verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail;

High sense of visual expression and excellent graphic design skills;

Positive, proactive approach to problem solving;

Fluent in oral and written English;

Work at least 3 days/week, last for 6 month
