Job Responsibilities:
•Provide ongoing application support to business stakeholders
•Develop a critical understanding of clients’ operations and systems
•Act as liaison with product developers to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
•Gather process requirements from stakeholders and recommend application utilization and services solutions
•Provide user training and develops detailed application documentation
•Conduct application software testing, prototype reviews, and quality assurance
•Develop project feasibility reports and executes project-based initiatives
•Receive and resolve user inquiries in a timely manner
•Provide users step-by-step solutions in a user-friendly manner via email, phone, and/or resource tracking tool
•Manage and prioritize inquiries and escalate as appropriate to each inquiry
•Additional customer support project/task assignments, as assigned
Education and Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s Degree in information systems/computer science, engineering/science fields, communications, and computer-related training
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to accomplish projects in a timely manner
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
•Basic computer troubleshooting skills
•Knowledge of writing queries involving multiple tables from MS Access, SQL Server, etc., highly desired
•Strong time management, organization, and project skills
•Knowledge of HTML and web-based software solutions
•1 year relevant user support role is plus
•EHS experience is plus
