Name of Project: Sales & Marketing Strategy Refresh
Objectives:
You can work alongside some of the world's top minds on cases that reshape the
future of automotive industry. You will support the strategic enhancement of MB
China sales function. You will helping in conducting structured and
comprehensive market & trend analysis. You will also assist in optimizing and
tracking strategic actions, contributing to the project's overall success
through effective coordination and analytical support. This role provides a
unique opportunity to engage in high level strategic planning and gain hand-on
experiences in operational improvement.
Main Tasks:
- Analyzing markets, technologies, and current trends and identifying
corresponding fields of action
- Supporting the project team in the development, implementation and
monitoring of strategic initiatives
- Conception, implementation and documentation of workshops, interviews with
internal/external experts

Key Qualifications:
- Experience in an international strategy consultancy, in the automotive
environment, or the area of corporate strategy
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with internal and
external stakeholders in both English and Chinese
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office and the ability to
synthesize complex information
- Ability to work effectively in team-oriented environment and manage
multiple task simultaneously
- Proficient in using python and other tools for data analysis
