Job Description To study and ensure utilization of manpower, machine and equipment as optimized. To meet company’s and related eQOS goals. To enforce utilization of the quality systems at the production floor such as TS 16949. To support daily production floor activities, in absence of production Team Leader. To assist management in development of operating plan, capacity plan, resources and other corporate plan requirement. To continuously perform process improvement study for higher manufacturability of the Assembly process. 研究并确保人力、机器和设备的优化利用。 达到公司和相关的eQOS目标。 在生产车间执行质量体系，如TS 16949。 独立支持日常生产车间的活动。 协助管理层制定运营计划、产能计划、完成资源配置和其他公司计划要求。 不断进行工艺改进研究，以提高装配工艺的可制造性。 Requirements Bachelors degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering, AutomotiveEngineering, AutomationEngineering or related. fresh graduates or working experience within 2 yrs, junior students are also welcome Good English language skills plus.
