Main assist on: 1) EHS walk findings summary. 2) EHS recognition card distribution, registration and gift exchange. 3) Employee badge mgt (access permission add/remove, badge or cover make/distribution). 4) EHS activities & trainings. 5) Filing and distribution of EHS documents. 6) EHS related data collection. 7) Other affairs assigned by supervisor. Background/experience: 8) Careful and sense of responsibility, extrovert personality and willing to communication & cooperation. 9) Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Tech/Safety/Environmental, major of safety engineering will be preferred. 10) Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization. 11) General computer skills and especially WORD, EXCEL, PPT. 12) English skills on read & written is preferred.
