Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Monitor budgets and actual expenditures, identify discrepancies, and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
• Support internal and external audits by compiling documentation, addressing inquiries, and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain and update financial control policies, procedures, and internal control frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Supply planning, Operations, Service center) to streamline processes and resolve financial discrepancies.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure adherence to tax regulations, statutory reporting requirements, and corporate governance guidelines.
• 5 days per week on duty.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Relevant internship experience in financial control or accounting is preferred
• Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA) are a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex financial information clearly.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control best practices.
• Ethical mindset with a commitment to confidentiality and integrity.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with ERP systems and financial consolidation tools.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools for reporting and analysis.
