岗位职责:
1.Enter and process the customer service agreement within the required service levels. 在要求的服务水平内输入和处理客户服务协议 2.Follow workflow and procedure processes that ensure the contract for corrective and preventative maintenance, are attended to in a timely/efficient manner. 遵循工作流程和程序流程,确保合同中的纠正和预防性维护得到及时有效的处理 3.The processing of customer contract requests with speed and accuracy , following the customer invoice issue and confirm the money receiving cooperative with F&A. 快速准确的处理客户合同要求,跟进客户发票的开具,并与F&A确认收款合作。
任职要求:
1.工作细心负责;
2.熟悉office软件,英文能力,英文6级;
3.一周可工作3天以上,可实习6个月者优先;
4. 2月中旬可到岗
