Responsibilities:

• Translate and edit target content in relevant genres for the best possible tone, quality, and flow
• Good command of both English and Chinese.
• Develop and maintain linguistic assets such as style guides and glossaries to establish quality standards and advise on using genre-specific terminology
• Work closely with the Localization Team to ensure content is suitable for the target market and delivered on time

Requirements:

• Experience translating and transcreating. Major not in translation is as well preferred, eg. Finance, Life science, Legal, Chemistry, e-learning and etc.
• Written fluency in both source and target language with an excellent grasp on the nuances of both languages
• Extreme attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work proactively and independently
