The SUSTAINABILITY INTERN will be based in Shanghai.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

·         Support leader for responsible supply chain management

o   Supplier communication

o   Training (SAFETY)

o   Supplier performance management (CSR criteria)

o   Policy / Procedure writing

o   Worker communication

·         Translations

·         Networking

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

·         Major CSR related studies, preferred is HR, or EHS

·         Solid Safety understanding / High interest for safety in in manufacturing environment (machine safeguarding, law, permits, risk assessment etc.)

·         Familiar with：

o    Office software: Include word-processing, spreadsheets, and presentation packages

o    Good communication and presentation skills

o    Average English is OK

·         Team player

·         Time commitment for 6 Months
