Your Responsibilities
• Assist with management of access control and TV monitoring and keys management
• Fire and security related documentation management
• Assist purchasing process
• Assist with Security Policy modification
• Assist with collecting the information for employees and vendors for making cards
• Assist in firefighting training for new employees
• Coordinator's work for BU department
• Assist the Department’s daily administrative management
Our Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above majoring in EHS or firefighting related area
• Expert usage of Office software, especially PPT
• Proficiency in English or German, strong personal initiative and motivation
• Strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination ability and team spirit
• Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation.
