Intern, Intern Recruitment and Corporate Culture
Job Description:
Mission and Purpose:
Employer Branding & Talent Management Team is responsible for leading and coordinating the initiatives and activities of recruitment, employer branding, training and development for Audi in China. Strengthen the influence of employer brand internally and externally, shape and promote corporate culture within Audi China.
As a member of Audi China Employer Branding and Talent Management Team, you will be independently responsible for intern recruitment related topics and corporate culture topics.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Intern Recruitment (50%)
• Administrative and logistic support Intern headcount control for every Audi China department
• Communicate with intern supervisors about qualification requirements for desired candidates
• Conduct interviews including CV screening, phone interview and face to face interview
• Offer negotiation and on-boarding support
Corporate Culture and Internal Communication (50%)
• Support on coordinating and organizing Audi China corporate culture events including but not limited to Audi China Culture Week, Executive Breakfast, Role Model program and internal Group Survey.
• Support on internal communication projects including drafting HR News, Supervisor News.
• Support on HR Intranet (company internal website) maintenance and further design.
• Support on quarterly management meeting set-up.
Qualifications:
Education Background:
• Master/bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, communication, English, media or other related major
Professional Skills:
• Proficient in MS office (Especially in PowerPoint and Excel)
• Skills of Tableau or Power BI are preferred
