Responsibilities:
Customer support engineer will have different missions in China and around Asia / Pacific:
---to support & train our customers owning our products or requiring our services
---to evaluate technical requests from customers
---to customize INFOTERRA portfolio products for Asia / Pacific market
· Follow an INFOTERRA training session during few months in Europe (France and Germany) in order to acquire key knowledge and practices on INFOTERRA products
Customer support engineer may be sent to foreign Asia / Pacific countries during few weeks in order to support locally our customers in those countries
Qualifications Requirements:
Master of Science or Bachelor of Science degree in at least one of those relevant field。
---Image mapping (photogrammetry, remote sensing…)
---Computer science (knowledge of one programming language and OS…)
· Keen to communicate and with a sense of customer satisfaction
· Good command of Unix-like operating system &; MS Office-like tools
· Fluent in Chinese and English
· Prepared to travel
· Preferred Experience:1-2 years, beginners are welcomed too due to our extensive training session in
Europe
