How you’ll make an impact You will identify, evaluate, and prioritize business requirement and IS improvement along the whole value chain from HUB view. You will develop, prepare, and implement IS solution that ensure reduced cycle time, reduced overhead and improve overall process efficiency and transparency. You will lead or support global program implementation locally and harmonize the way business is conducted. You will support and promote IS system Integration of SAP, MES/ECS, Celonis, sales configurator (where applicable) and etc. You will promote best practice sharing and roll-out across HUB. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your background You hold a bachelor's degree or above in Business, Engineering, Computer or related. Experience in software development, ERP/MES, RPA and digitalization or related. Skilled in Python, Java, C/C++, SQL, PowerBI and so on. Skilled or familiar with AI and machine learning. Lean and 6Sigma Green belt will be plus. Adapt to travelling and working under pressure. Fluent in English speaking and writing.
