Job Description
Be responsible for admin tasks(80%%%%)
• To be a backup of receptionist if the permanent staff is in the leaves
• Reception of guests, answering telephone, handling incoming/outgoing mail /courier packages
• Check and monitor the office equipment keeping in good condition.
• Assist on dealing with Excel and Word documents ,making PPT design for admin activities
• Cross communicate with different departments to deal with admin issues
• Assist in other reasonable duties if required
Be responsible for training tasks (20%%%%)
• Be responsible for handling all kinds of training-related work, such as
-Design training framework
-Contact with external training supplier
-Help with companywide projects related to corporate culture
• Maintain daily training data in training management sheet
• Assist in training related logistics and administration work
Candidate Profile
• Good command of English and PC Microsoft Office skills(especially in Excel and PPT)
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skill
• At least 3 days per week and last for over 3 months will be considered in priority.
