合规助理

AutoZone面向高校全日制本科大三以上学生开设合规助理（实习）的岗位。合规助理主要负责通过执行和管理由供应商质量及持续改善经理所规定的AutoZone合规系统，为上海办公室的全球采购团队提供合规业务上的支持。该职位的职责包括由亚太区域合规经理下达的协调供应商审核、出货检验、样品验证以及其他内容。

岗位职责：

1.    发布、排期及追踪FA/PSI（供应商审核/出货检验）；

2.    与供应商进行诚信及合规方面要求上的沟通；

3.    登记、处理、追踪样品信息；

4.    验证审核报告；

5.    跟进未通过审核/检验；

6.    协助合规经理完成其他日常工作；

岗位要求：

1.    有良好的道德职业素养；

2.    本科生及以上学历，大三及大四保研同学或研究生优先；

3.    保证每周至少3天出勤时间，能全职、任职6个月以上、之前有合规方面实习经验的优先考虑；

4.    的英语听、说、读、写能力，办公系统和往来邮件均为英文（CET-6 500+ 或英语专业优先）；

5.    性格开朗、同时具有独立工作及大型团队协作；

6.    具有较强的沟通能力；

7.    熟练使用office办公软件；

Compliance Coordinator

AutoZone is looking for a motivated organized individual to fill the Compliance Coordinatorposition. This role is responsible for supporting the merchandising and global sourcing teams by implementing and managing the AutoZone compliance systems as prescribed by the Manager of Supplier Quality & Continuous Improvement. Duties include Coordination forFactory Assessment, Pre Shipment Inspection and Approved Sample along the process and other duties assigned by the manager. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver as predefined task definitions and clear track for the status of the compliance activities.
