Tasks and responsibilities:
Carrying out targeted public record research in Chinese and English
Writing high quality English reports
Managing basic projects
Assisting senior team members in complex research projects
Knowledge and experience:
University undergraduate students – preferred majors: law, political science, finance, economics, area studies
English and Chinese (fluent)
Ability to express complex research findings in clear written English
Computer literacy
Some knowledge of or experience in a business environment is preferred
Qualifications and specialist skills:
Ability to carry out thorough, detail-oriented research that provides a comprehensive view of a subject
Must be able to meet deadlines under pressure
Strong analytical mindset
Effective communication skills – written and oral ability to communicate research topics, and more complex concepts in discussion with case managers
Ability to express ideas and write reports independently
Comfortable asking questions
Interest in and ability to work as a part of team as well as work independently
