Department: GRDC C-EG Materials Technology 研发部材料技术实验室 Location: Beijing V-Labs Applicants experience level: Enrolled university student Department Mission * We develop new materials and innovations to the VW Group * We stand for excellent quality and expertise in materials technology * We build a network of partners in China and VW Group around topic of materials technology * We exceed customer‘s expectations with advanced material solutions * We provide safe, healthy, environmental friendly and sustainable  materials Your Responsibilities (within 5 lines): Technical key words (at least 3 words): * Material testing for metal/non-metal components, e.g. metallography, Hardness, chemical composition, etc. * Sample preparation, e.g. cutting, grinding, polishing and etching. * Corrosion testing, e.g. equipment daily check, saltwater preparation, etc. * Support other department daily work (e.g. sample management, material testing, etc.). Required Qualification: * Enrolled university student major in Material Science. * Excellent English skills (German language skills as a plus) * Proficient in Microsoft office software * Ability to work independently within team, high degree of motivation, initiative, and resilience * Good communication, interpersonal and coordination skills * Worktime: 5 days/week
