Collect and Update Essential Data · Collect essential data: Time-related data (Cycle times, Lead Time, working hours, etc.), OEE essential data, output information, staff attendance · Calculating and updating capacity information 2. OEE data summarizing: Collect and summarize data in OEE system. 3.
