We’re seeking an intern who is a self-starter and provide ongoing support to all of our marketing activities from logistics to final production. We are seeking someone who is available 5 days / week. Responsibilities • Support event marketing with logistics coordination, 3rd-party communication, as well as on-site execution; especially some VIP invitations and vendor communication work for the high-profile events • Research for industry events, competitor analysis, award pitching, etc. • Upload and edit social media and visual content • Inventory management including gifts and souvenirs • Upload leads to our system Required Qualifications • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English • Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word • All-in attitude! You take personal ownership • Basic familiarity with image/video editing tools Preferred Qualifications • In university studying marketing, communications or a similar field • Familiarity with such systems as SalesForce and/or Marketo
