WARNER MEDIA JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE: Intern for Softline (Fashion, Home and Publishing)
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
1. Collect royalty reports from licensees, verify format and data accuracy, then consolidating data and providing reports.
2. Support deal request information collection, including company introduction, 3 years business plan, financial statement, CIP (Credit Information Package)…etc.
3. Assist to monitor industry news, market trends and latest practices related to Fashion, Home and Publishing project development, marketing and distribution.
4. Assist to count sample quantity, take photo for every piece of sample and make proper recording.
5. Support team’s major events in 2021: Licensee Summit, etc.
6. Provide ad hoc support on projects as required.
7. Licensees launch case study deck
8. Support Publishing business
Education University or postgraduate education
Knowledge/Skills 1. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin. 2. High proficiency in Microsoft applications e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. 3. Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally. 4. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail.
5. Integrity to maintain confidentiality all times regarding confidential and business information obtained by virtue of the post.
6. Well organized, with the ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines. 7. Able to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team. 8. At least 4 working days per week.
