Tasks are:
- Support leadership programs implementation, including leadership training and events organization support, internal and external stakeholders coordination, post-events follow-up support.
- Support on organization development (OD) matters such as strategy communication, AS action plan follow-up and communication, and other topics related to change management/CIP/diversity.
- Support on key internal meeting organization including quarterly management meeting, F2F meeting with GM, AS steer committee meeting organization etc.
- Co-support training programs implementation.
- Support on preparation of all level workshops moderation.
Qualifications:
- bachelor degree is necessary, master's degree is preferable, expected to graduate in 2019/2020
- HR related major is a plus
- Good command of English in both speaking and writing
- Mature and surefooted personality
- Make sure no less than 4 days per week with total service period, no less than 6 months
