Key Responsibilities:
·Assist in daily procurement operations and support tracking activities for End-to-End SCM operation service.
·Support procurement processes covering APAC Region. Strictly monitor the supplier profile, master data, contract management; and assist Category Managers with sourcing projects to improve operation efficiency.
·Play an active role as Reginal Stakeholder Liaison, focal point for data consolidation and analysis.
·Participate in project management and collaborate with Category Managers & Regional stakeholders.
·Set up strong mindset of Continuous Improvement on routine operation process; participate in W&D Category SOP development and optimization on regular basis.
·In close collaboration with Cross-Functional teams on Procurement, SCM, CSR, Finance, QA, EHS, IT activities and strategy support based on day-to-day operation transaction.
·Thorough understanding of the process with holistic view of E2E Procurement process, implements concepts and actions to realize the internal process optimization.
·Contribute and deliver KPI result & Cost efficiency significantly in line with business performance; handle service critical issues and provide timely delivery update to regional key stakeholders. Familiar with system transaction like AGB/SLP/MDG/S360/EPRM etc.
·Administrative documentation and filing management; any other work assigned by superiors.
Essential Requirements:
·Bachelor and above, with a graduation date no earlier than 2026.
·Flexibility to work under Global Time Zone. At least 3 days per week.
·Good at analytical skills, able to data mining, be proficient at excel and PPT. MS office skill is a must.
·Fluent English both in spoken and written.
·Good communication skill with team-work spirit; willing to work under pressure; play an active role on taking ownership regionally.
·Strong problem solving skills. A good team player.
·Adaptable in diversified culture environment.
