Responsibilities
• Assist in planning and executing cultural and diversity-related events and programs
• Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives
• Help collect, analyze, and report on employee feedback and survey data
• Contribute to internal communications related to culture and diversity programs
• Assist in creating and updating onboarding materials to reflect company values
• Support the team in researching best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Help maintain documentation and records of diversity metrics and initiatives
• Provide administrative support for team meetings and projects
Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
• Strong interest in workplace culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and awareness
• Previous experience in P&C, event planning, or communications is a plus
