Reporting:
Update HC report in case of any personnel change.
Update Org-Chart monthly at the last day of the month.
• Training:
Collect training needs from each department and record training information.
Prepare nomination sheet for different trainings in each month.
Follow up with the actual attendance and cost of each training course and update the training records.
• Recruitment:
Support in candidate searching for HRBP via such channel as linked-in.
ASEAN Support: Help with the recruitment of the sales Intern for Chrysler Singapore office.
• System Operation:
SAP: Check and modify CV and PLM document for employees on SAP.
PDM: Use PDM to manage existing persons.
OM: Create new positions or modify Org-Structure with OM specialist.
Talent Tool: Use talent tool to modify succession plan for employees.
MS Office: Prepare related PPT for training and etc.; Book meeting room on Outlook; Hiring Request: put excel version into word template and check spelling & grammar.
• Others:
ASEAN Support: Apply for invitation letter from Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce for the purpose of business visa.
Coordinate on HR projects and communicate with employees.
Support in other HR related issues as requested
Qualification:
1. Good at manipulating data, logical thinking ability, details-oriented.
2. Good communication and good command of English.
3. Proactive & initiative, able to think out of box.
4. Good at Microsoft Excel & Word.
