Name of Project: Building Programming, Planning & Construction
Main Tasks:
In line with company and MBRE processes and procedures, the intern will support the programming, planning, coordination, and execution of building-related projects involving multiple engineering disciplines, including civil, structural, MEP, and fire protection. Typical responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support project programming, planning, and design coordination, including review of technical requirements and drawings (40%)
- Assist with RFP preparation, proposal collection, bid evaluation, and technical clarification with external parties (20%)
- Support cost estimation, budgeting, and cost tracking for ongoing projects (10%)
- Assist in project execution and delivery, including change management, quality follow-up, schedule tracking, and documentation (20%)
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders such as Procurement, IT, Security, and business users to support smooth project implementation (10%)
Key Qualifications:

- Educational background in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory), capable of producing layout drawings and test-fit plans independently
- Familiar with space planning logic, including workstation layout, functional rooms/zoning planning and circulation
- Capable of handling multiple layout scenarios (option comparison / optimization)
- Basic knowledge of building systems (MEP / fire safety / regulations / codes /standards)
- Good understanding of building engineering fundamentals and strong interest in construction, renovation, and technical project delivery
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented working style
- Proficiency in common office tools such as PowerPoint and Excel
