职位描述:
Main Responsibilities: •Assist in managing order to cash process with accuracy and efficiency to meet customer on time in full delivery requirements, and proactively and timely report/summarize order exceptions, help to think on solutions. • Collaborate with cross functional team (sourcing, commercial, ocean, finance) to work out an optimized way to meet business needs. • Regularly help to update reports, dashboards, tracking form etc., for customer and team. • Continually help to improving supply chain processes and platforms to significantly reduce touches, re-work, hand-offs, and other wasteful activities across the value chains. • Support basic planning work. Required Experience & Skills: • Bachelor or above • Proficiency in verbal and written Japanese, good English in both writing and oral. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
