【Role accountabilities】
•Work constructively and collaboratively with all internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to Greater China BUs, NZ communications and GC marketing partners and media.
•Be the key coordinator for company newsletter contents.
• Provide support to all communication events, projects and campaigns as directed by the Director, Communications.
• Role model best practice communication protocols by strictly adhering to all Fonterra communication policies around content review, approvals and media engagement.
• Support team on day-to-day communications and social media-related matters.
• Write and produce high quality English-language content for Greater China internal communication activity including but not limited to: internal events.
• Draft, proofread bilingual contents for China Communications mailbox. Drive a high standard of English language content across all internal channels and to ensure consistency in key messages.
【Qualification and experience】
Education:Bachelor’s degree communication, journalism or public relations major;Good English in reading/writing/oral communication
Technical/Functional Expertise:Food industry background
Industry Experience:FMCG, Media
