岗位职责 Job description:
供应链管理部 --
1. Department assistant work including warehouse
> SCM部门(包含仓库)助理工作
2. Daily document handling
> 部门内日常单据处理
3. Assist in collecting and summarizing data and analyzing related data
> 协助进行收集汇总数据,相关数据分析
4. Focus on related customs work
> 重点围绕关注关务工作
5. Complete other tasks nominated by direct supervisor
> 协助上级完成其他事项
总经理办公室 –
1. Support and preparation of Company events (incl. Town hall Meeting, Strategy workshop, BR, OPR, Celebration etc.)
> 支持和筹备公司活动(包括员工大会、战略研讨会、业务回顾会议、运营回顾会议、庆典等)
2. Tracking or implementing specific project
> 跟踪或实施特定项目
3. Arrange receiving GM department visitors
> 安排接待部门访客
4. Branding Changshu plant within use of Communication tools
> 利用传播工具打造常熟工厂品牌
5. Support other admin and documentation
> 支持其它行政和文档工作
需求条件 Necessary requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in supply chain, logistics, foreign trade or related majors
> 本科或以上学历,供应链、物流、国际贸易等相关专业
2. Skill of Office applications
> 能熟练使用office办公软件
3. English skill
> 英文读写能力
其它需求 Additional requirements:
1. Be careful and responsible, good communication skills
> 工作细心,有责任心,沟通能力较好
2. Ability of data analysis and summary
> 有数据分析、总结能力
