职位目的
1 提供专业化、系统化的订单管理以提高准时交付。 Provide professional and systematical order management to improve the order fullfillment.(Order to delivery) 2 为销售团队提供必要的支持以完成销售预算。 Support sales team in order to achieve budgets. 3 维护良好的客户关系,提高客户满意度、忠诚度与保有率。 Maintain and enhance customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention. 4 改善与标准化流程以确保卓越的客户服务水平能支持整体运营战略。 Standardize and optimize process to assure excellence in customer service level and support the overall operation strategies. 主要职责 订单管理 Order Management 1 订单接收、审核与确认。 Order receiving, auditing and confirmation. 2 按照标准操作流程完成系统订单录入。 Order processing in SAP. 3 订单交付跟踪与查询。 Order Fullfill, delivery tracking and enquiry 4 系统报错订单的跟进与处理。 Follow up with failure order caused by system bug 5 "异常情况的跟进与处理 (例如缺货、分配库存、加单、延期送货等)。" "Follow up with special/urgent/abnormal case (shortage, inventory allocation, rush order, delay shipment,etc.)." 6 跨部门沟通与协调。 Cross-functional commmunication. 7 其它客户服务相关工作。 Other related task. 客户管理 Customer Management 1 接听客户来电与咨询。 Customers inbound call and enquiry handling. 2 维护良好的客户关系。 Customer relationship management. 3 客户信息的收集反馈。 Customers feedback collection. 业务分析 Business Analyst 1 各类报表数据的跟踪与收集。 Various of data collection and tracking. 2 各类SAP数据的汇总与分析。 Various of SAP report summarization and analyst当前职位已下线
