Main Responsibility: 1. CV screening and select candidates 2. Handle the first round phone interview 3. Assist to accomplish some paper work 4. Help HR team to organize and categorize employee files 5. Office/Phone Reception 6. Manage office stationery / supplies
7. Update Contact list/ detailed call list regularly
8. Organize Team activities
9. Arrange reservations and purchasing tickets
Qualification: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above 2. Fluent in both spoken and written English 3. Good communication skills and MS Office skill 4. Can work at least 3 days a week, for 3-4 months 5. Fast learning and can work under pressure Selling Point :
