Mission and Purpose:

Retail Concept Development at Audi China (C/VH-2) is responsible for the sales/service process as well as Audi CI/CD development & quality maintenance. This position will support the team on relevant topics, including sales/service process, ARE localization, and CI/CD. This position holder will contribute his/her own understanding and ideas to above mentioned topics and responsible for the supporting tasks, such as workshop set up, internal/external communication, document maintenance and daily office duties.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Contribute to material check, layouts check, and material list updates

- Help support internal projects including onsite quality check, report support, slides support and etc.

- Organize and support internal/external workshops based on project needs

- Document translation, maintenance of internal documents including meeting minutes and etc.

- Interpretation during workshops

- Daily office tasks

Qualification:

Education Background:

- Bachelor or Master student in university

- No major requirements, but major in architecture, civil engineering, or design is preferred

Competence Requirements:

- Proficient in MS office, especially PowerPoint

- Excellent communication skill

- Good strategic & analytical thinking skill

- Better have internship experience before

- Available for 5 days per week, minimum 6 months

Language Skills:

- Fluent in English

- German is a plus
