Job Responsibility work with Compliance team continue efficient implementing NIN Business compliance program 1. non-compliance practice monitor and take correct actions: weekly monitor report/ send & collect reinforcement letter 2. communicate with compliance manager as well as content creative agency for training and communication material development 3. provide technic support on data analysis & BI report 4. Ad hoc tasks assigned by line manager Requirements for Compliance Intern 1. Strong business understanding and the ability to abstract complex business scenarios, a quick learner who likes challenges and able to perform under pressure 2. Sensitive to data and able to identify the relationship and impact between different things, preference in people who can do basic processing of data and can use Power BI for data visualization, proficiency in using various functions, pivot tables, etc. in Excel is required, Python experience is a plus 3. Excellent communication, presentation & Interpersonal skills, proficient in spoken and written English & Chinese
