Job Responsibilities:
1、Office supplies management, hotel, air ticket, visa application, and reimbursement etc. 2、Company car
management and information record. 3、Company canteen management support. 4、Support department manager
to prepare and collect related data required by the government; approval work of relevant company certification from
government; other government financial report supports, etc.. 5、Administration related work support for international
assignment associates 6、Company activities, HR related activities, annual party planning and organization. 7、
Support to translate documents, make and update forms, slides & document. 8、Support to take care of visitors. 9、
Other tasks related to HR & Administration & GM office.
1、负责公司办公用品管理, 机票, 酒店, 签证办理, 报销等事宜; 2、负责公司公务车辆事宜处理及车辆资料管理; 3、
公司餐厅日常审查及管理支持; 4、协助部门经理处理相关政府审批和财政申报支持; 5、国际间派遣人员相关事宜的
工作支持; 6、公司大型活动、人事部相关活动、年会的策划及组织; 7、协助翻译文件,及表格、文档、PPT等的制
作与更新; 8、协助访客接待和安排; 9、人事、行政、总经办等相关部门安排的其他工作。
job requirements:
Job Requirement: 1、Student status, Bachelor degree or above, post-graduate preferred, major in English, Public
Relations or Management. 2、Strong communication skill, problems solving skill, good team player. 3、Excellent
computer skills in MS Office Software (such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). 4、Good oral and writing English
skill.
