Job responsibilities:

·         Fully understand the hiring needs of the clients, assist the recruitment consultants in candidate search, through using the database, recruitment advertisements, social media and other channels;

·         Invite and arrange interviews for candidates, formulate a search plan, source and pre-screen candidates, and provide candidates with career development suggestions;

·         Provide candidates CV support, interview and career development suggestions;

·         Assist the recruitment consultant to maintain active and effective communication with the customers, assist them in making arrangements for interviews, background investigations etc. to support the smooth progress of the project;

·         Investigate the development trend of the industry, collect information on talents within the industry to accumulate a talent pool;

·         Assist the recruitment consultant to carry out customer development work for target industries.

Job Requirements:

·         Full-time bachelor’s degree or above, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, writing;

·         Strong communication and influencing skills and good learning ability;

·         Clear goal awareness, result-orientated, proactive, strong initiative, and strong enterprising spirit;

·         Good sense of teamwork, able to withstand greater work pressure, and have a high sense of responsibility.
