Position Summary The intern will assist EHS team with the daily operation to provide all university community members with a safe, health work environment, as well as set up an EHS culture in NYU Shanghai. Responsibilities

Monitor the office automation (OA) system for the daily operation of lab safety and campus security;

Develop and test the new modules of the OA system;

Conduct safety inspections in both Academic Building and ECNU-NYU Shanghai joint research institute;

Update the national and international EHS regulations and standards, as well as permit application;

Prepare videos for training and drill.

Qualification Required Education

Bachelor or Master in Engineering, major in Environment Science and Engineering is preferred.

Effective written and verbal communication skills both in Chinese and English.

Computer literacy.

Willing to commit to 6-12 months of internship.
