主要职责:
For all the 3 PJ – Youth PJ, Airism , DPJ PR
1. Work with Team leaders and PJ team to develop Consumer Insights and New Ideas to grow UNQ LifeWear product trial and Brand Love
2. Assume 1~2 of PJ key task execution : From execution planning , KPI setting , develop content and connection execution by working with PJ team , measuring KPIs and performance , writing review report and improvement plans , in 3 months .
3. Weekly Store visits with Store report to feedback Insights and improvement ideas to PJ team , for execution improvement .
4. Submitting ONE Interm report as overall suggestion to the PJ team after 3 months :
-Insights , Idea , Impact learnings ,and potential New /Big idea and improvement areas

Strong interest and passion to Consumer Products, Brand , and have passion to UNIQLO .
Open to both Under graduate or MBA
