In this role, you have the opportunity to
· Summarize and optimize standard process basing on daily implementation.
· Develop effective communication and coordination skill to ensure an efficient interface between the CS channel and PH CS.
· Result oriented behave and driving Authorized Service Providers for better customer experience.
· Using KPIs, metrics to effectively control ASP/dealer to meet the PH expectations.
You are responsible for
· ASP/dealers qualification checking and authorization process implementation strictly according to related SOP;
· ASP daily management, including service quality control and KPI improvement;
· Payment process follow up;
· Service contract data review and input for approval process.
You are a part of
· Team: ASP operation, belong to Philips healthcare customer service operation team.
· Internal customer: function team for internal process and policy; district team for ASP/dealer management
· External customer: service supplier; service dealer.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
· Accountable, innovative, energetic
· Excel,PPT
· Good communication and negotiation skill
· Knowledge of operation/channel management experience in Medical or Health industry strongly preferred
· BS/MS degree is essential (bachelor 211/985 is preferred) ; English CET6+
· Positive attitude, hard work, self-motivated, open-mind, and ownership
