Job Title: HR & Admin Intern
Work location: Shanghai
Main Responsibilities:
(1) Recruitment:
- Assist in coordination with recruitment and interview arrangement
- Support new employee on board process
(2) Employee relationship:
- Employee Files administration.
- Assist with procedures for employee check-in and/or check-out
(3) Compensation & Benefits:
- Assist in monthly expense payment with accounting departments
(4) Daily administrative work:
- Annual leave and attendance record management
- General reception work, meeting room management
- Book airplane ticket, train ticket and hotel, rental cars
- Other work assigned by HR & Admin Department Head
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or College degree
- Students under graduate
- Good communication skill in both Chinese and English
- Sound computer skills in particular Microsoft Office
- Good work ethic, strong team player
