Human Resources, People and Culture manages the employee lifecycle, with Talent Acquisition (TA) playing a critical role in shaping the candidate experience and ensuring top talent joins the organization. As an HR Trainee specializing in TA, you will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, employer branding, and talent sourcing strategies while contributing to a seamless candidate journey.
This role is designed to develop future HR professionals with deep expertise in Talent Acquisition, equipping them with the skills to independently manage recruitment initiatives and drive hiring success.
